The Paediatric Congenital and Cardiac Service Clinical Pathway Programme aims to incorporate evidence, best practice, and local expert knowledge to standardise care for a specific patient population. The clinical pathways are living documents that can be adapted continuously to improve care by incorporating new evidence as well as improving patient outcomes.
